Quick story set for a happy ending…
Our lab mix Lucy, who we posted for adoption some time ago had 2 amazing home checked offers for adoption, sadly we can only choose 1 family, even though both would have been great for her. It’s one of the worst parts, telling people they’re not successful, some don’t take it very well while others do and understand but that’s the nature of human beings I guess!!!
After a video call with the lovely lady who wasn’t successful, I knew we could find the right rescue for her and being a lovely sensible lady she asked us if the right rescue came along then we should contact her!
This girl was given up by her family and taken to a municipal pound which has massive overcrowding. They do their very best but sadly with the sheer numbers they’re forced to take them, it’s a very difficult situation BUT here’s the happy ending…
We are thrilled that we now have this gorgeous girl, named Mabel under RnR wings and she’s now safe!!
Once she’s in tiptop condition she will be flying off to her new forever home in the UK. As you can see it’s going to take some time but she is an absolutely fabulous girl!
